Located in Tullyloyd, Elphin, just 3km from the town off the â??Blackstick Roadâ?? this farm is one of the best farms to come to market in North Roscommon in many years. Held in one continuous block this is a farm that encompasses a large body of productive land (currently in Pasture) in a configuration that most would most would wish to replicate. For the greater part this is free draining ground with large paddocks that enjoy good access and water to all areas. This property is well fenced and is ready for livestock. It also has two large cubical sheds, a silage slab and good cattle handling facilities. In addition, there is a cottage on the land (in need of substantial repair) which has a live power supply. This is an exceptional holding on which a serious farmer can progress. Enquires to Joe Brady at REA Brady. 071 96 22 444
